I could not submit my homework

The two most common reasons:

• The deadline passed — submission closes after it. Talk to your instructor.
• The file is too large or the wrong type — try compressing it or converting it to PDF.

If you were offline when you submitted, the platform saves your answer and sends it automatically once you are back online.
