My account says "under review" — what now?

That is normal. Every new account is reviewed before it can reach the dashboard, so that instructor and academy identities can be checked.

Until it is approved you cannot sign in. You will get an email as soon as a decision is made.

If it is taking a long time: make sure you confirmed your email first (a confirmation message is sent when you register), and check your spam folder.
