I click Save on my academy page and nothing happens

The most common cause: your academy licence is not active. In that state any save is redirected to the Plans page.

Contact the platform administrators to activate your academy's licence.

Another possibility: a required field is empty on a different tab — the page will open that tab and jump to the field for you.
